Southeast Polk School Board Candidate: Tom Naeve
Tom Naeve grew up in Pleasant Hill. Attended Four Mile Elementary, and graduated from Southeast Polk High School in 1994. He then attended Drake University and graduated from the College of Pharmacy in 1999. Tom married his SEP high school sweetheart Stephanie Knight and had three children. Who are all part of the SEP family. Tom has worked as a pharmacist for Walgreens for the last 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, coaching and his Rams, Hawks and Cubs.
Question #1: 1).Why are you running for this seat?
I have enjoyed my first term and learned much about the school district and feel I am in an even better position now to help out. I grew up in this school district and am proud that my three children have had the opportunity to do the same.
Question #2). What will you be contributing to this role that will provide a positive impact?
The same passion and love for the district that I have always had along with some experience now that I have completed a full term. A willingness to learn and listen from those around me, both in the community and in the school system.
