We are thrilled to announce our 2nd Annual Bloom Women's Conference, hosted by the Southeast Polk Family Church Women's Ministry. Our guest speaker this year will be Mandy McCleary, a Christian women’s speaker, writer, singer, and perfectly flawed woman of God. We look forward to exploring together God's Plan For Us.
For those that attended our 1st Bloom Conference last year, please note this important update:
The Southeast Polk Family Church building is in the midst of a construction project due to a sprinkler system flood of the auditorium just after Christmas. Unfortunately repairs will not be complete in time for our event, therefore our conference will be held at Eastview Community Center, 4101 E. 42nd Street in Des Moines. This is located just south of Euclid at E. 42nd Street, directly behind Porter's Hardware.
Our Bloom Women's Conference and luncheon is FREE, however seating is limited so we do require advance registration at https://SEPolkFamilyChurch.com/Bloom. Also, since we will be catering lunch this year, we ask that you please register by April 14th to guarantee your lunch preference. Registrations received after April 14th will have a limited first come first served selection. If you pre-register but find you won't be able to attend, please contact us so that we can release your seat and lunch to others!
Free-will offerings to help defray costs are humbly appreciated but are absolutely not obligated. We sincerely hope to provide more opportunities to our local women for encouragement and worship, so donations will enhance our ability to offer future events!
