Revive, Restore, Renew Wellness Expo Vendor Form

The Wholistic Health Center's 2024 Wellness Expo in Altoona was a great success and would love to have your business participate as a vendor in 2025. The event takes place on Saturday, February 8th from 9am - 1pm at the Terrace Hills Golf Event Pavilion - 8700 NE 46th Ave, Altoona, IA 50009. The cost to be a vendor that day is $100. If you'd like to be a sponsor, the cost is $200. The sponsorship includes your vendor space and your logo on pre-event and day of marketing.  

There will be opportunities for speakers to present a topic/service to showcase your business. All submissions will be reviewed to determine the best fit for the vibe of the expo and speakers chosen will be notified by January 10th. Presentations limited to 20-30 minutes.
