The tale trail will have a new, spooky story featuring our mascot, Freddy the Frog! Come trick-or-treat around the trail, get some sweet treats, and meet Freddy. Each sign on the trail will be glowing in the dark and we will have businesses from around Altoona passing out sweet treats.
