Woven Lines Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The City of Altoona and the newly formed Arts & Culture Commission invite you to a special Ribbon Cutting ceremony for our newest piece of amazing art being installed in the round-about at 9^th Street NE & 1^st Ave., MONDAY, JULY 25^th at Noon. Below is a graphic for parking instructions and the invitation. This has been a long time in the making and will be a signature piece for the city of Altoona. Artist Aaron Stephan will be on hand to discuss his work and his vision behind Woven Lines.
