Olde Town Altoona is the community's historical downtown district supporting a groovy vibe in its layout and architecture. A hidden gem, for sure! We asked and the community answered with a resounding "YES" we would love to reimagine the potential for more retail and restaurants, more night life and performancce art, pedestrian friendly walkways and cultureal experiences.
