In honor of National Police Week, law enforcement agencies across the United States honor officers and K9s who lost their lives in the line of duty.
The Peace Officer Memorial Committee and the Altoona Police Department would like to cordially invite the public to attend this year’s Peace Officer Memorial Service held on Tuesday, May 13th at the Lutheran Church of The Cross located at 1701 8th St. SW, in Altoona, Iowa. Doors will open at 6pm with the service beginning at 7 pm.
We look forward to honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice with our communities.
