This community event is designed to help you gather information and enjoy a little relaxation, while exploring what natural health and wellness truly looks like right here in our community. Now more than ever, people are becoming more intentional about their health, and we’re honored to shine a spotlight on the incredible resources available in East Polk County and surrounding areas.

Our Expo will feature a wide variety of trusted natural health and wellness services, including:
 Natural healthcare & holistic services
 Fitness, movement, and stress management
 Farm-fresh animal products and local produce
 Educational speakers sharing how they’re making a difference in others’ health, and how it can help you too

Enjoy mini relaxation sessions, including a chair massage and a lymphatic massage, and connect with local farmers selling beef, pork, eggs, honey, soaps, and more. You’ll also meet chiropractic clinics and local health providers showcasing services for all ages.
