Location:
Townsend Center 6615 NE 41st Ave, Altoona, IA 50009

When you own your own business, you have to wear many hats. You may have heard that AI can save time, but when you try it out it seems just the opposite. Maybe what you're using it for isn't where you should be using it!

Chad Ratashak, Altoona native and SEP Alum, recently started Midwest Fronter AI Consulting to address an unmet need. While there is a lot of hype around AI, most of it is focused on large enterprises and concentrated on the coasts. There is often a gap between the marketing hype and first-time users' experience wasting time with AI "hallucinations." However, there is still real value for small business owners.

Chad's goal is to help small businesses discern when to use AI and when not to use AI, as well as how to adapt to consumers' use of AI when making buying decisions. Chad has worked as an intelligence analyst on topics including counter terrorism, anti-money laundering, and cybercrime, and covered generative artificial intelligence since 2023.

Please join us THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th at Noon at the Townsend Community Center located at 6615 NE 41st Ave. RSVP's are required as space is limited. Please register by Tuesday, September 9th. This is a FREE class and a benefit of your Membership. Bring your lunch and your laptop - let's do this!
